Nov. 6-8, 2024, Hyatt Regency Coconut Point | Bonita Springs, FL

Activities

Golf

Join EMC on Wednesday, Nov. 6, for the annual EMC golf tournament, which will be played at Saltleaf Golf Preserve. Not only is the course situated beside Estero Bay, Florida’s first aquatic preserve, this Troon-managed course will continue a long, respectful co-existence with a 144-acre, Florida uplands preserve. Without a single home in sight. Raymond Floyd’s challenging 18-hole course embraces the natural habitat with no formal bunkers and minimally altered terrain that includes lakes, indigenous plantings and trails along wild spaces.

You must be registered for EMC in order to participate in the tournament. Please note proper golf attire is required and denim is not permitted. The golf fee is $200 per person, which includes greens fees, continental breakfast, box lunch and beverages. Golf club rentals are also available for $90 plus tax.

The Saltleaf Golf Preserve is a short 5-minute drive from the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point. Transportation to and from the hotel will be provided.

Please note - spouses and guests must be registered for the EMC in order to participate in the golf tournament.

Group Networking Dinner

We invite EMC registrants to join the Equipment Manufacturers Committee for a networking dinner on Thursday, Nov. 7. Join us at Corkscrew, by day this is the poolside restaurant at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, but for the evening it belongs exclusively to those attending the EMC dinner. As always, the dinner will be an evening of delicious food, refreshing drinks, and lively conversation with fellow attendees. There will also be a a raffle with fantastic prizes, with all proceeds going to the EMC scholarship fund. It's a perfect way to build connections or catch up with old friends, unwind, and support a great cause - all in a beautiful poolside setting. This event requires a separate registration fee and the cost to attend the dinner is $140 per person.

Please note - spouses and guests must also be registered for the EMC in order to attend the dinner.

EMC Spouses

Registered spouses are invited to attend all meal functions and receptions alongside their EMC registered attendees and listen in on the insightful speaker presentations. In addition, a special spouse brunch is planned for Thursday, November 7th, offering a dedicated time for spouses to connect and catch up while enjoying mimosas! Spouses are also welcome to join the Johnny Wheat Memorial putting contest - located on the lawn of the hotel - after the golf tournament on Tuesday.

Please note - spouses must be registered for the EMC in order to receive the benefits listed above.
