The AFIA is pleased to offer registrants a limited number of hotel rooms at a preferred rate of $179 per night (plus tax). Please book your room directly through the Embassy Suites Minneapolis Downtown AFIA room block site by clicking here. AFIA has a limited number of rooms blocked. The block is available through May, 24, 2024, or until it fills up. To secure your room within the block, be sure to book before May 24, 2024. Please be aware that fraudulent companies have been calling attendees claiming to represent us and the Embassy Suites. AFIA does not work with a housing bureau for this event and we do not endorse any of these companies. Reservations should only be made directly with the Embassy Suites Minneapolis Downtown. |

The Emabassy Suites Minneapoiis Downtown is 14 miles or approximately 30 minutes from Minneapolis - Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) . Ground transportation options from MSP to the Embassy Suites Minneapolis Downtown include: rental cars, ride share, and taxis. A ride to the hotel via taxi will cost approximately $50 one-way. The Embassy Suites MInneapolis Downtown offers valet parking for $55 (+ tax) nightly. Uber/Lyft are available at an estimated cost of $30 one-way. |

On Wednesday, June 19, we invite you to take a break and join us for an evening full of fun at a baseball game while we watch the Minnesota Twins vs Tampa Bay Rays at Target Field, the new world class home of the Minnesota Twins. You'll enjoy watching the game from the newly renovated Legends Landing seating situated along the left field line providing magnificent vistas of both Target Field and the stunning Minneapolis skyline. The $80 registration fee includes baseball ticket, "All you can Eat" Ballpark fare, soda/water and voucher that can be used towards alcoholic beverages. |
