Liquid Hall of Fame
The Liquid Feed Committee developed the Liquid Feed Hall of Fame award in 2003 to recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to the science and growth of the liquid feed industry. Individuals bestowed with this honor include the founders of this industry sector, which has its roots in more recent decades. Please click here to view past honorees.
Nominators will be required to submit the following:
- Nominee's company affiliation/institution and title
- List any major contributions the nominee has made to the liquid feed industry (research papers, articles, inventions, etc.)
- Submit a testimonial (200 words or less)

Kenny Berg Research and Education Fund
AFIA’s Kenny Berg Research and Education Fund financially supports funding of research, education and promotions for the further development of the liquid feed industry. Research data generated from this program significantly promotes the growth of the industry. The Liquid Feed Research and Education Fund has contributed over $120,000 towards research projects since its inception. All Presidents’ Club, Executive Club and Pacesetter Club contributions go directly to this fund and contributors are recognized in AFIA’s official publication and at the annual Liquid Feed Symposium.

"Not So Silent" Live Auction
In 2023, the silent and live auction raised more than $32,000 for the Kenny Berg Research and Education Fund. This fund, managed by the Institute for Feed Education and Research, AFIA’s public charity, supports feed industry-specific projects conducted by land-grant universities.
